Roasted Sweet Potato Cubes

You will need...

• 1 pack Greens sweet potato (18114) 1kg
• 4 spoons of olive oil or sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• salt and pepper

To make...

1. Preheat the oven at 220c. 
2. Place the product on a lighty oiled baking tray and spread in one layer
3. Coat the potatos in oil and sprinkle with brown sugar and season with salt and pepper
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lighty browned. Turning half way.
