When we recruit into the business it is essential that we find the right people who reflect our ethos of a customer-centric business, with a passion for food and a real family work-ethic. Many of our customer sales team have worked in the industry themselves previously as Chefs, Front of House Staff or as Catering Business Owner / Managers.

At Total Foodservice we are proud of our people and what they routinely accomplish in terms of caring for our customers. Many of our employees have been with us for many years and all are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

They bring to the team innovative ideas for menus and different creative uses of our ingredients. Their first hand understanding of what it is to feel the heat in the kitchen means they can relate to our customers and the pressures they face.
