Who are Ayesha Foods?

Ayesha foods began in 1989. Ayesha the founder of the company continued with her passion for Asian cooking from her own home cooking for large social events for the sister company Tropical Ices.

Her mouth-watering food was recognised by the owner of a well known Indian restaurant by word-of-mouth her reputation grew to include local and national clients. The business is now fully managed by the next generation in the family, however Ayesha still adds her personal touch by personally training all staff, producing new products and coming up with innovative new ideas.

Ayesha Foods isn`t just a business, it's our passion. Our goal is to do more than sell Asian food, it is to become a trusted partner in your business.

We have strict procedures to ensure the delivery of the highest quality and safest wholesome products possible. Every step of the process is monitored, from supplier to customer. Our commitment to food safety is reflected in the company's programs supporting Quality and Food Safety as well as Supplier Monitoring and Foreign Material Contamination. Our premises has received food safety certification against the SALSA standard. For over a decade we have been granted accreditation at a high standard. As an approved SALSA premises, we are able to demonstrate our premises produces safe and legal food and is committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard. In addition, we undergo an internal corporate quality audit which focuses on the review of receiving, storage and delivery programs, food safety programs, finished product testing, good manufacturing practices and quality system documentation. We believe it's our responsibility as a food company to ensure the highest quality ingredients are used and have a dedicated commitment to product quality and safety.
