To make...

 

  1. Grill Lamb meatballs until cooked; set aside.
  2. Stir fry Malay Curry Paste in a little oil until fragrant. Add Onions; stiry fry until lightly golden and soft. Add chickpeas; stir fry until cooked.
  3. Add tinned chopped tomatoes; mix well and heat until piping hot and sauce thickens. Add grilled meatballs; mix well.
  4. Place in a serving pot/wok and garnish; keep warm at serving area.
