The Wilson Walk

At Total Foodservice we are dedicated to suppoting local charities and the local community through various projects.

This year our Finance Director, Katie Cuerden along with her husband, who she's roped in to support, will be taking part in the 'Wilson Walk'.

Katie and Simon are joining Huddersfield Town, it's partners and supporters on HTAFCs newest challenge, ‘The Wilson Walk’- a fundraising walk from Huddersfield Town to Burnley Football Club, paying tribute to Town legend Ray Wilson MBE, sponsored by Lister Horsfall.

The walk will begin at the John Smith’s Stadium with the planned route going through Sowerby Bridge, Hebden Bridge and into Turf Moor prior to the Terriers’ away game vs Burnley Football Club on Saturday 6 October.

The walk will raise funds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance as well as the Alzheimer’s Society, a charity close to the Wilson family’s heart.

Katie commented:

“We are proud to be taking part in this year’s Walk for Pounds event to the memory of World Cup hero Ray Wilson and look forward to raising money for two very deserving charities in his honour."
