To make...
- Pre heat oven to 180c/350F.
- Cook the pork according to directions, shed and set aside.
- Microwave the corn until defrosted and set aside.
- Mix the mashed potato, soured cream and chives and place into a piping bad with a large nozzle.
- Place the pork into the bottom of each remekin, add a layer of sweetcorn then pipe the mash onto the top.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
