To make...
- Preheat oven to 180/350F
- Cut your filo into squares or rounds to fit into a 12 pan bun tray. Lay 3 sheets into each hole.
- Add slices of Brie into the centre of each tart.
- Rip each fig into 8 pieces and lay these in a circular shape onto the top of the tart.
- Bake for around 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden.
- Sprinkle with flaked almonds and serve with a few spinach leaves.
