Many of our products are perfect for buffets both hot and cold. Products include thaw and serve products, mini classics for buffets, multi-portion meals, individual desserts and pre-portioned desserts.

Breads
We stock a huge range of breads to give you a real point of difference, many of the breads are fully baked and frozen the second they cool from the oven allowing you to stock bread ahead of time and still serve it fresh when you need it, simply thawed from the freezer or warmed through the oven. From banqueting rolls to sliced bread, rustic loaves to our fabulous cobblestone bread – there are over 100 artisan breads in our range.

Desserts
We carry a huge range of desserts in our frozen range,
un-portioned, pre-portioned and individual. Our range includes cheesecake, gateaux, pies, tarts, traditional hot puddings and sponges or dessert cakes. With special offers on different desserts every month there's always something different to try to keep regular customers happy with a changing menu.

To complement our desserts we also stock our own brand range of ice creams and sorbets.

Disposables
We stock a range of disposables such as plastic knives, forks, spoons and cups as well as disposable napkins, cloths and a range of Spikomat skewers, cones and boats.
