We have a team of qualified and experienced Chefs who work within our business, many of them in the customer sales team.

It is truly our people who make our business what it is. The products are simply part of the journey and your dishes are the end result.

Whether it is Simon our Managing Director and part of the family behind the business or Steve our cross depot driver, Paul our Chef and Area Sales Manager or Joanne our Credit Controller our company is full of personalities, the type of people you just can't help but be endeared to and people who genuinely care about our customers and what they do.
When we recruit into the business it is essential that we find the right people who reflect our ethos of a customer-centric business, with a passion for food and a real family work-ethic. Many of our customer sales team have worked in the industry themselves previously as Chefs, Front of House Staff or as Catering Business Owner / Managers.
At Total Foodservice we are proud of our people and what they routinely accomplish in terms of caring for our customers. Many of our employees have been with us for many years and all are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
