- Stir fry Malay Curry Paste in a little oil until fragrant. Add Onions; stir fry until lightly golden and soft. Add vegetables; stir fry until cooked.
- Add coconut milk; mix well and heat until piping hot and sauce thickens.
- Place in a serving pot/wok and garnish; keep warm at serving area
