Over 100 years ago, Richard Hellmann created the perfect mayonnaise in a deli in New York. When he wrote REAL on a jar all those years ago, it was the beginning of something big. Today, it’s a word that’s essential to everything we do. He also proudly marked each jar by tying a blue ribbon around it, a tradition which endures on our label to highlight our ongoing commitment to great quality products. We believe in real food, made with real, simple ingredients. That’s why we only use 100% free-range eggs and are committed to sustainably sourced oils. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise doesn’t need an introduction. Its creamy texture and unmistakable amazing taste speak for themselves. The secret to our mayonnaise is that it brings together even the simplest ingredients you already have at home to create flavourful dishes, and in this squeezy bottle made of 100% recycled plastic, it’s perfect for passing around the dinner table or at a BBQ. We’ve all been there – the fridge is full of leftovers, yet it still seems like there’s nothing to eat. Grab a bottle of Hellmann's and make yourself the perfect tuna mayo sandwich, a jacket potato topped with mayo, a crispy grilled cheese sandwich, or a tasty chicken burger. Don’t be afraid to pair and mix our mayo with unusual ingredients to whip up a quesadilla pie, add texture to your veggie burgers, or give flavour to some smashed potato nachos. Make taste, not waste. Globally, 1/3 of all food produced is wasted. Hellmann's takes this problem seriously and helps you be more resourceful with food. Also, our squeeze bottles are recyclable – please, do your part and recycle both the bottle and the cap.
