There's no denying that the best way to serve gyozas is with a fluffly top, juicy centre and crispy bottom! Get the best results by following this method:
Preheat frying pan until warm.
Carefully place each Gyoza flat side down (no oil). Slowly pour 2oz water into the pan and cover.
Heat on medium for about 5 minutes.
Uncover and continue to heat until all the water has evaporated and the bottom side is golden brown.
Turn off heat, serve and enjoy!
