Harrogate Spring are working with mixologist Camille Vidal to bring mindfulness into the glass and empower people to drink well with delicious Mindful Cocktails, either alcohol free or low alcohol.

The Aperi-TEA-vo - Alcohol Free
Ingredients:
- 50ml MARTINI Vibrante* non-alcoholic aperitif
- 50ml Rooibos tea
- 10ml lemon juice
- 10ml apple cider vinegar*
- 5ml honey
- Top up with Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water
Method:
Add all the ingredients except the sparkling water into your shaker, fill with ice and give it a good shake. Pour the mixed ingredients into the glass over ice (add more ice after so it’s filled to the brim) and top up with the Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water. Garnish with the lemon wheel & bee pollen, et voila!
The On The Nose - 3% ABV
Ingredients:
- Half a barspoon of Orange Blossom Water
- 10ml honey
- 20ml lemon juice
- 25ml Lillet Blanc
- 25ml apricot syrup
- 10ml yuzu syrup
- Top up with Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water
Method:
Measure all the ingredients except the Harrogate spring water into a shaker and fill with ice. Give it a hard shake so all the yummy ingredients mix together & become chilled! Pour over ice into your wine glass & garnish with a sprig of thyme, lemon wheel & a sprinkle of bee pollen!
The Royal Rose – Alcohol Free
Ingredients:
- 75ml Ceder’s Pink Rose*
- 75ml pink grapefruit juice
- 20ml raspberry syrup
- 5ml rose water
- Top up with Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water
- Garnish with Raspberry & dried roses
Method:
Build the ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice, give a gentle stir and garnish!
