Is there a limit to what people can buy?
Yes - we are managing stock levels carefully.
I haven't received my login
We're sorry to hear this. Please check your spam and junk mail folders, if no joy just give us a quick call and we can give you your login over the phone.
Can we order online?
Yes! Please click here to open an account. You can also download our smartphone app. Just search 'Coldweb' in your app store and download. You will need the authorisation code 'TOTAL' and your login details.
Is there a minimum spend?
No minimum spend. Unfortunately, our online portal will not process orders below £30 but if your order is lower please give us a call and we will process it for you.
Can we turn up to purchase items?
No, please ring or order online ahead as we will need to prepare your order.
Can we order today but collect next week?
Yes, absolutely. If you would like to order today but collect next week please let our lovely telesales reps know when you call or select the chosen collection day (it will be named delivery day) online.
Are you overcharging?
Our prices have not changed and we are selling at trade price.
Are you encouraging stockpiling?
This would never be the aim at Total Foodservice. We are working hard to split our products down from cases. We are very aware and conscious of those who have not been able to reach supermarket shelves and would like to offer our services.
What about food banks?
We regularly support local food banks and charities with donations. We encourage anyone who buys from us to share with local vulnerable people - we need to stick together during these times.
Are you prioritising key-workers?
At the moment we have enough stock to go around and we're encouraging key-workers to get in touch. We have reached out to local health care companies and informed their staff that we're here, we're doing our best to make things as easy as possible for those people.
