To make...
-Slice the apples
-Add to a heavy bottom pan with the lemon juice and 2 tbsp sugar, cooking until tender approx 8 minutes.
-Once cooked, add to the prepared tart case, sprinkle with remaining sugar on top and bake for 15 minutes, allowing the apples to caramelize and the pie to come together.
-Serve with clotted cream
