- Boil potatoes until cooked but firm.
- Stir fry onions until lightly golden and soft. Add meat; stir fry until cooked.
- Add Malay Curry Paste; stir fry until fragrant. Add coconut milk; mix well and heat until piping hot and sauce thickens
- Add cooked potatoes; mix well.
- Place in a serving pot/wok and garnish; keep warm at serving area.
