To make...

 

  1. Boil potatoes until cooked but firm.
  2. Stir fry onions until lightly golden and soft. Add meat; stir fry until cooked.
  3. Add Malay Curry Paste; stir fry until fragrant. Add coconut milk; mix well and heat until piping hot and sauce thickens
  4. Add cooked potatoes; mix well.
  5. Place in a serving pot/wok and garnish; keep warm at serving area.
