A gluten free cheese pastry, filled with a Brie sauce and topped with a red onion marmalade.

An ideal accompaniment for any wheat free diet. Removing gluten from these bread rolls has certainly not removed and flavour or texture.

National Vegetarian Week 2018 is all about offering delicious and exciting veggie food. You can can sign up to support the special week and host a whole vegetarian event with the resources available here.
With an estimated 1.2 million people in the UK choosing to follow a vegetarian diet, and many others opting to have a vegetarian meal – for a change – when they’re eating out, it’s important to offer something other than the seemingly ubiquitous spinach and ricotta cannelloni (scrumptious though ours is!). And with more and more teenagers embracing vegetarianism (they currently make up the highest proportion of vegetarians) making sure there’s something interesting for them on your family-orientated menu, is also key.

Goats Cheese, Tomato and Mediterranean Vegetable Tart
Crisp cheese tart case with Mediterranean vegetables and sunblushed tomatoes. Topped with a goats cheese sauce and Goats cheese shavings.
Vegan Penang Curry
A fiery aromatic coconut sauce with cauliflower, green beans, mange tout and peppers. This curry is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and it's also gluten free!
Aromatic Garden Burger
A rustic mix of broad beans, peas, potato and spinach, seasoned with aromatic spices. Lightly coated in breadcrumbs, oats and parsley.
