Potato Gnocchi with Pesto

You will need...

30434 A | Vegetarian Parmesan (grated) | 2.5kg | 6-8 tablespoons |
Plus... A handfull of fresh basil leaves and salt to season if needed. |
Sauce Preparation...
- Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor.
- Once you obtain the consistence of a sauce, there you go! You have your pesto sauce made.
Pasta Preparation...
- Cook the Gnocchi in salted, boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain them al dente.
- Put the sauce on the pasta and enjoy!
