A traditional, round-shaped Lebanese flatbread (khobez), ideal for use as an alternative sandwich carrier or grill and serve as an accompaniment to a Mezze board of sliced meats, cheese and olives.

These flatbreads are somewhere between a Middle Eastern-style pita and an Indian naan. Like most leavened breads, this one consists primarily of flour, water and yeast.

Made with sourdough, white flour and olive oil. Tomato: The dough contains fried, dried tomato and provençal herbs. The crust is decorated with toasted corn semolina, poppy seeds and green and red pepper. Cheese: With a succulent sprinkling of Emmental cheese. Green olives: Made with buckwheat, this delicious bread contains little pieces of olives and it is decorated with chives.
