With an estimated 1.2 million people in the UK choosing to follow a vegetarian diet, and many others opting to have a vegetarian meal – for a change – when they’re eating out, it’s important to offer something other than the seemingly ubiquitous spinach and ricotta cannelloni (scrumptious though ours is!). And with more and more teenagers embracing vegetarianism (they currently make up the highest proportion of vegetarians) making sure there’s something interesting for them on your family-orientated menu, is also key.

Ensuring your menu options are also suitable for a vegan diet makes you more appealing to a wider range of customers, the fact that this curry is also Gluten Free makes this dish the perfect "Free From" option. Serve with basmati rice (or one of our authentic Roti Paratha breads, but sadly these are not suitable for a Gluten Free diet.)
3. Mushroom, Cranberry & Brie Wellington

A mix of quinoa and rice in a creamy sauce with a medley of vibrant asparagus, green beans and garden peas with subtle hints of mint and lemon.
