Moreish Mackerel and Cheese Bites
With all schools required to have oily fish on the menu at least once every 3 weeks, Young's frozen Mak 'n' Cheese Mini Cakes offer a new solution. High in Omega 3, each mini cake is the perfect size for smaller appetities and, because they are frozen, they help school caterers with menu planning, as well as helping to reduce waste.
Each mini cake is filled with mackerel, MSC Alaska pollock and a vintage cheddar, creating an enticing flavour which children will enjoy.
