Prior to joining Total Foodservice I had trained and worked as a Chef for fourteen years around the North of England, France and the Channel Islands. Working in such different places has given me the experience and privilege of working with some really amazing food produce and creating inspired menu ideas.

I was Head Chef at just 20 years old and have worked in Kitchens in Hotels, Restaurants, Bistros, Cafes and Gastro Pubs and have lead some very busy kitchens. I still love working with food and getting creative with menu items. I have found all this knowledge and experience invaluable in helping me meet the needs of my busy customers as I understand the daily pressures they face.

I started my catering Career working weekends part-time at Barton Grange Hotel near Preston which inspired me to pursue a career in catering when I left school. After 20 years in the industry i decided to try something different and started working for Total Foodservice.

Now I am Group Account Manager and I feel my catering experience has allowed me to help develop all aspects of my customers businesses particularly in menu planning and advising on various food matters. I really enjoy working closely with customers and being able to call on my first hand experiences in the industry.

Working in a proud family butchers & Deli in Ireland is where my interest in food began. After University, I began managing several high street coffee chains and restaurants, before eventually developing my own successful corporate catering business in Manchester which I ran for over four years. In that time we won a number of local "Best of Bury" awards including "Best young business award" and "Best customer service award".

Changes in personal circumstances brought me to Total Foodservice where my hospitality and catering experience allows me to offer knowledgeable product support, helping like-minded foodies with the same passion for perfection and taste for success.
