How to Order
How to Order As a Total Foodservice customer you will received a call from our telesales team on the day before your scheduled delivery to take your order - Our computer is programmed to remind your dedicated customer sales adviser to ring you at your requested time and will have your full order history and product details on screen to assist you with placing your order.
However, we know that working in a Kitchen is not a 9 to 5 job and so we offer a number of order options.

Order by telephone Should you wish to ring us - no time will be wasted - the telephone / computer systems recognises your number and brings up your details on screen as the operator answers, they will be ready to take your order immediately.
All product information is provided on screen, including most importantly current stock levels so that we cannot oversell and product 'use by' dates for short life chilled items.
An answerphone service is available to place orders for scheduled next day deliveries. Orders can be left Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm and Saturday 8am through to Sunday 10pm. Please ensure that you ring before the stated close time to avoid disappointment as there is no service after this time.
Through your representative
Our field representatives are there to maintain regular personal contact with our customers, most visiting around once a month unless you request otherwise. They are keen to hear about your business, feedback about your markets and to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your relationship with us. They will be able to support you with the very latest information, offers and where possible, samples of products. He or she will be happy to talk through your requirements and manage an order for you.
Some Customers prefer to order by fax and we have retained this option to accommodate their needs. Orders received before 5:00pm will be processed on the same day.
