We have invested heavily in personnel, training and technology to ensure that your experience with us, from order to delivery, is effective, seamless, and enjoyable.
You can place your order quickly and with the minimum of fuss using any of the following methods.
By Telephone
Our sales office will ring you the day prior to your delivery day scheduled.
Our computer is programmed to remind your dedicated operator to ring you at your requested time and will have your full order history and product details on screen to assist you with placing your order.
Should you wish to ring us - no time will be wasted - the telephone / computer systems recognises your number and brings up your details on screen as the operator answers, they will be ready to take your order immediately.
All product information is provided on screen, most importantly current stock levels so that we cannot oversell and product 'use by' dates for short life chilled items.
This service is available from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
By Talking to our Representative
Our field sales force is there to maintain regular contact, to feedback information about your markets, and to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your relationship with us.
With a range approaching 5000 lines and growing all the time, the field sales team will be able to support you with the very latest information, offers, visual aids and, where possible, samples of products.

By Fax
Some Customers prefer to order by fax and we have retained this option to accommodate their needs. Orders received before 5:00pm will be processed on the same day.
Email & Online Ordering
Both these facilities are available by prior arrangement, however, we believe in personal service and that we can better satisfy your needs with our highly efficient and pro-active telesales service.
