Our business is supplying you, the caterer, with goods of the highest quality. The knowledge that we comply with all aspects of UK & EU Food Hygiene legislation & regulations is an integral part of everything we do.
We operate a full, dynamic, Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) system which is continually developed to reflect best working practice. This system is managed through TotalCare - our own internal Business Management System.
We are justifiably proud of our ongoing success here which has enabled us to achieve sustained industry-wide recognition. We have gained accreditation to ISO9002 and the Higher Level CMi Wholesale, Storage & Distribution Standard, both of which are subject to external audits by UKAS accredited bodies.
So What does this mean to you?
From assessing suppliers for quality, to ensuring temperature control, to pest control to training of staff we aim to get it right! All aspects of our Accreditation & the auditing process can be found in our "Due Dilgence Pack" which will also help you demonstrate your due diligence in choice of supplier.
