Smoked Salmon & Prawn Parcels
Prawns coated in a delicious Prawn Cocktail sauce and then wrapped together with a slice of smoked salmon. Simple, tasty and stunning.

To make...
- Defrost the prawns & sliced salmon over night in the fridge.
- In a bowl mix the prawns and prawn cocktail sauce and season to taste.
- Dress your plate with mixed salad leaves and garnish.
- Lay the sliced salmon on a board and put the prawn mixture into the centre.
- Carefully fold the salmon aound the prawns adding another slice of salmon if needed.
- Place the parcel on the plate with the open side face down for presentation.
