To make...
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large casserole pan. Add the Grilled Vegetable Mix and Garlic and cook (stirring continuously) for approx. 3-4 minutes until vegetables have softened and heated.
- Add the tomatoes and basil and season well. Add the stock, bring to the boil, then simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally or until the liquid has reduced and thickened.
- Stir in the beans and cook for 5 minutes. Check seasoning.
- Cook the pasta according to packet and serve with bean casserole, grated parmesan and your favourite crusty bread rolls.
