To make...
- Coat the pork steaks with piri piri paste and frozen coriander. Wrap and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours (preferably over night)
- Place steak into a hot skillet or frying pan to seal meat (approx. 1 minute each side).
- Arrange pork with onions and potatoes in a large baking pan, cover and cook in the oven at 175 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
