To make...

 

  1. Pre heat oven to 180c/350F.
  2. Cook the pork according to directions, shed and set aside.
  3. Microwave the corn until defrosted and set aside.
  4. Mix the mashed potato, soured cream and chives and place into a piping bad with a large nozzle.
  5. Place the pork into the bottom of each remekin, add a layer of sweetcorn then pipe the mash onto the top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
